What specific questions should I ask customer support before depositing money at a real cash casino online?

I've learned the hard way that what's written in the FAQ isn't always what happens when you actually need help. So before I put any real money into a new platform, I want to test their customer support first. But I'm not sure what questions to ask that would actually reveal whether they're competent and honest. Obviously I could ask 'how long do withdrawals take?' but they'll just give me their standard marketing answer. I want to know what experienced players ask during their first support chat to quickly figure out if a platform is worth trusting. Any tried-and-tested questions would be really helpful.
