Anyone dealing with sleep issues lately?
Hi everyone, lately I’ve been trying to learn more about different sleep problems because my sleep schedule has been pretty inconsistent. Even when I get enough hours of sleep, I sometimes wake up feeling tired or mentally drained.
While reading about sleep stages, I came across information about rem sleep disorder and how it can affect sleep cycles and dreaming patterns.
Has anyone here experienced something similar or looked into sleep disorders before? I’m curious what helped you improve your sleep routine.
